1. We take the time to answer your drag tire quesitons. If we don't have an answer right away, we will find the expert and get you the answer you need.

2. We will make sure your tire roll out is within spec. We don't just pick out two tires and send them out. We make sure they match so you don't have stagger.

3. In most cases your order will ship same day, either from at our facility or direct from the factory. If there is any delay, we will let you know up front so you aren't left hanging.

4. We will not charge your credit card until the tires ship. It's your money.
